Det finns en sak som jag aldrig förstått att vår lagstiftning kan tillåta, nämligen att binda upp en kund för en nästintill oöverskådlig framtid utan möjlighet för kunden att ta sig ur. Det jag pratar om är givetvis den förbannade bindningstiden som framförallt mobiloperatörer, med Telia i spetsen, alltför länge har fått missbruka.
